Gostilna Skok – haute cuisine and fine wine

It's that time of year again when haute cuisine and fine wine come together at Gostilna Skok – and we have the privilege of being there!


SATURDAY, January 31, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., price €65.

We invite you to a special wine and culinary evening, where two exceptional wineries will compete in a friendly but serious duel:Vina Marc from the Vipava Valley and Klet Goriška Brda.

Our renowned chef Florjan will conduct a 5-course menu, and each course will be accompanied by two wines – anonymous, without labels.You will be the judges. You will decide which wine pairs better with the dish. (Blind tasting, as it should be.)

The evening will be full of flavors, debates, surprises, and those "aha!" moments when wine says more than what's written on the label.
